What the numbers mean
CPU is a guaranteed share, not a hard ceiling you hit constantly — a site idles most of the time and is allowed to burst. Memory is the limit for the Umbraco process; your database gets its own allocation on top and is not counted against this. Storage covers your media library, the database and logs together. Traffic is outbound data per billing period; we warn you before you reach it rather than cutting you off.
